MEet the terrier guy
Head Trainer, Davey Atkinson, is a Terrier specialist with a particular fondness for the Artful Dodgers of the dog world, Jack Russells! He began his doggy journey as a dog walker and pet sitter, but soon learned that it was training that was that most rewarding and enjoyable way to engage with dogs, and began seeking online accreditations and reading all he could about training methods. In 2017, Davey was handpicked by famous Clinical Animal Behaviourist and Trainer, Sarah Whitehead (BA, MSc), to join her team of Licensed trainers in the Clever Dog Company Method. Since January 2018, Davey has run puppy classes and training workshops and provided 1-1 sessions in East Devon and West Dorset. He loves to take an active role in improving the lifelong relationships between owners and their dogs. With his experience, plus his relationships with a pool of talented field of Clever Dog Company colleagues, you can rest assured that you and your dog are in the best hands.

We've created The Terrific Terrier Club to help you help your dogs to become calmer, more focused, and settled. No more barking at the postman, tearing after that cat across the street, or digging up your favourite flowerbed. As a member of The Terrific Terrier Club you will be able to face these challenges head on and learn to manage or prevent them from even happening in the first place. Our trainers are on hand to support you every step of the way, help you through the dark days and share your shining successes with you in our online community.

For our packages, support ends when the package ends, but we all know that training is ongoing and never truly ends for our dogs. There's always something new to learn, hiccups happen, unpredictable things may arise, or you may need some troubleshooting. With this membership you get access to unlimited support; no matter what happens or when it happens, we'll be here to help.

How does the Live Online Training Work?
​
You can access our sessions on any device - iPad, laptop, desktop computer, or phone. However, we recommend using something that you can have 'hands free' so that you're able to do the training!
You'll receive a Zoom link for our online workshops via email, which you'll simply 'click' at the scheduled time to join our private video sessions and classes. Joining is easy, and we'll be available to help you with any issues.
When will my membership benefits start?

NOW! As soon as you choose your membership level and sign up you'll get to start enjoying ALL of the benefits of online membership. If that's not a good enough reason to jump straight in, we don't know what is!
Can I train with more than one dog?
​
Yes, of course! We'd love you to enjoy training with as many dogs as you please, and there's no additional fee for multiple dogs from the same household.
